Hey, I'm wanting to enlarge my TB as easiest as possible. I understand that the quickest and simplest swap would be to go for the Punto 60 option with it's 32mm. I've looked at the Punto 75 TB threads, but there seems to be alot of work involved and I'm not too confidant on whats involved.

-40mm Tricker are really rare, I can't find them anywhere nowadays.

So I thought the best option for me would go with this 36mm Peugeot/Citroen TB, but I'm not sure which one to go for, are any of these good?

If so, what kind of work is involved.. I saw some guy in another thread said something about installing a "bypass pipe in the header tank return in the cooling system" :bang: I'm not sure what he meant

I would like to get my head around this once and for all.. thanks in advance, apologies if i sound like a tool >_<

Am not 100% sure but the 205 seems more like it, as is made by weber.

The by pass pipe is that on the orginial cinq throttle body, there is a pipe for the coolant to go through to heat it up quicker, but in the pug tb, there isn't a slot for it so you need to link on the 2 heater pipe.

the key thing to remember here is you need an appropriate spacer fr the tb. Its no good swapping it round and leaving the spacer as the hole in the middle is only 30mm ;). From trying i can tell you that enlarging the hole on the spacer isn't really possible its to brittle so you need to get one made up. If you were to get a p60 one then you can get a new spacer from fiat for about a 5er.

Whats your cars current spec?

It's just standard spec for the moment haha D: ..Nevermind anyway, I've just come across someone selling a Tricker TB so I'm havin' that before it goes :D

Same Applies with the Tricker TB though doesn't it.. In respect to spacers?

Cheers both ycming and blu73 :)

Aaaah alright then..thanks guys!.. I'll probably be asking about how to install a 866 cam later, even though I pretty much know how to ;) cheers again!
