Hi there

In the last 100 miles my cinq seems to make a squealing noise which is coming from the rear passenger side wheel. It does this from around 5mph up.

I don't have to be turning very hard at all but it doesn't get louder the more i turn

Can anyone suggest what this could be?

Any help appreciated :)
Thanks!

Check the handbrake levers are moving freely. Could be bad compound on the rear shoes (contains metal fragments).

Thats what i first thought, but i jacked up the car and the is 0 play in the wheel and it spins freely so im not too sure now..

i have a wheel bearing thats gone on my abarth but there is no play and no noise till u get over 10mph...doesnt have to have play in it for it to be gone....:yuck:

Check the handbrake lever and it moves ok but not as far as the other side. Is it worth taking the wheel off and having a look inside?
I havnt checked wheel bearing off my list yet, just want to go cheapest/easiest first :)
