General Jobs ......

I've had a brain wave. I need some metal to make a small bracket then I'm sorted :D Doubt I'll get it sorted tonight in time for the driving day tomorrow though :(

Oh well!!

Blimey. Took 2 hours to fit the seatbelts today. What a pain having to
dismantle half the car to do the rear ones !!! lol

All sorted now though. Except I also found that the poppers on the rear
door pocket thingies are different sizes too so had to put the old pale
grey ones back in !!! Ho hum !!!

just whip out the spray can and no more pale grey... todays job for me;
(Well chuffed with the finish :D just gotta wait for it to go tacky then do the laquer and then whip off the newspaper look and jobs a good un)

Oh Carla, that's pretty harsh. You have to get them in, would look much better! You got the seatbelts in ok then?

Yeah belts were ok. Just fiddly dismantling the rear seats etc. Plus couldn't
take my parcel shelf off as wired in some new speakers last weekend and not
got round to putting connectors on yet so that was bit of a pain.

I did swap the top 3 popper things from one to the other but the others are in
a sealed unit so couldn't swap them !!! :(

Had taken so long to get the belts in etc, I had lost the will to live by then
so just threw the old ones back on. I'm sure with the aid of a screwdriver I
can 'adapt' them to fit !!! ;)

Front cards and darker arm rests/handles definitely look better !!! :D:D:D

Looks like the Wombles have attacked it. That looks like it will go well with the black. Post photos when it is done.

that looks sweet. the bit below the numnerplate on mine has worked its way off the screws and just the cold air feed and radiator and a few bits still grippig on are holding it to the car now. should be easy to remove if yours is more 'secure' than mine. a screw in each corner pops the frame off.

you mean the front under numberplate mesh? if so i was trying to take it out cause i want to spray the surround of the mesh purple leaving black mesh (or just the whole lot purple), undid the screws but couldnt pop it out :(
