hi all, had a fiat seicento sitting in one of my lock ups for over a year now. i started turning it into a full track car and after partly finishing engine conversion to a p60 block it went into a lock up to make way for my show car and for some work to be done on that. the time has come to finally finish the cento. id just like to pick your brains about a few things that need finishing off and some opinions on a few problems iv got.

firstly the car never fired up after the converion, unsure why. its getting fuel and air, all wiring and earths have been double check and no problems. timeing is fine. think it may be a electircal issue somewhere but no idea where. it does turn over ok tho, just doesnt fire up.

it does need a new battery since its been sitting now for so long. im thinking of getting a lightweight one and a battery box to move it to a rear footwell. what amp crank current will i need? links will be greatfully recived.

the outer ball joint, it spins when im trying to tighten it back up, both sides. any tips on keeping them still while i get the nuts fully on? tried mole grips to hold it and jacking it up but it still spins.

iv removed to heater fan/matrix ect to save weight. any tips on bleeding the system at the top as it is one of the highest points in the system. anyone know of anywhere i can buy a fitting with a bleed point in it as iv just joined the two pipes at the moment.or have ideas

got a full uno turbo rear axel to do a rear disk conversion. its all stripped down and cleaned up ready to put the parts onto the cento. i understand ill need a flexi, anyone whos already done the conversion remember specs/fitments/lengths of said flexi.

car came with no horn, where is it normally located so i can try to find the wiring. iv had the full engine out, bumpers off ect and have yet to come accross any stray wires so im abit confused.

and last but not least what size spacers do i need to get over punto gt front calipers. iv got 14" barchetta wheels (i think, they are same style to standard) 10mm will be enough?

many thanks, phill :worship:

thanks for the responce

will try that again 2moro with the ball joints, hopefully itll behave its self
