im looking for front and back black bumper strips.. anywhere i can get them cheap? and do i have to take the whole bumper off to replace the ones i have?

I think brand new ones are very very expensive. £60/£70 rings a bell

If you mean the contrast strips that are on each corner of the bumper and go around the middle of the bumper within their own little groove... Then they are £5 each new from Fiat, if I recall correctly...
And yes you need to take the bumper off to fit them, they are screwed in from behind.
