i went to put some new spark plugs into my 16v engine as i took the old ones out an age ago, well the thing is they just would not take to starting
tried 2 different spark plug tools (10mm) thinking it was stopping the plugs going in far enough and then a HT lead to start it, so seems i cant do something simple
i had them off unipart a while back for a punto sporting engine but i had the brava/o engine but there cant be a difference in plugs surely ?
the plugs i have are BCPR6E (NGK)
upto 99 the plugs are DCPR8E
after 99 the plugs are DCPR8E-N
for the 99 brava/o engine i have it shows as RDCPR8EKC with a note of "06.96 ->= DCPR8E-N
im unsure on what 06.96 is referring too
so if anyone could shed light on my stupidity that would be brill
Thanks
Ash
