The Sei is going really well but i am thinking about replacing the front disc brakes and calliper's..The brake are not awfull at the moment but i could do with a bit more performance from them..Seem's you really have to get hard on the brake pedal to start slowing down..So new brakes and callipers i am thinking...Fast Fiat have those Diamond Disc's and pads.Wondering if any of you ppl have upgraded the standerd brakes and have found a good diffrence..?Is it worth spending the cash on doing it?

If ya got 14" wheels go for some Punto GT, Discs and callipers, that will stop ya!

i have them pads and discs. they're great.

GSR were selling them for £100 - might wanna check if they have any left. ring them.

I've had standard, then uprated standard but wish I just went straight for the Punto upgrade, best IMO.

I really liked the performance from my uprated standards so the Punto ones should be phenomenal

As my car is now up and running I can confirm the Punto brakes are very very good, much better feel and response than the Cinq brakes, and if you can find a set in a scrappy near by, which may be doubtful, but if they did then you can do the whole conversion for about £150 including disc's n pads.

and standard gt disks and pads are far less noticeable to an insurance inspector than groved disks for example
