Got a little niggle with the revs on CY. Between 2800 & 3500 there seems to be a bit of a flat spot in the revs. Nothing major just a dip in power.

It onlt seems to happen when accelerating a little hard. No warning lights come on at all, so i'm not concered it's anything major.

Any ideas?

common problem and a famous flat spot... new air/oil filter. fuel filter and plugs will see it off for a while... but i cant promise you for how long.

also a mckritch chip seems to help on some(didnt on mine)

Planning on a new air filter in the next few months. Any suggestions? Thinking of K&N.
Only had oil change about 2 months ago, just before we bought it, hoping it had new filter as well! lol

Will get fuel filter and new plugs then, see if that helps.

Is the chip easy to change? And are there any other benefits from putting in the new one?
