if you ever buy a neon kit dont brake any like i did
i just picked up 1x48" neon, the kit cost me £50
and the one neon set me back £35 F**k sake what
a rip off!!!!!!!!!

If that were me i would have taken them all off and put them in the centre under the car. So its a different kind of glow. Mine only cost £50 and if i break one they can stay as they are. lol

buy neons LED's are S**t

the prism neons you get from halfords are very good thats
were mine are from just dnt brake em lol

LED's just focus the light in the direction you point them, so in this cause would be downwards. You's just a get a direct light below the led where as a neon directs lights in all directions and there a greater glow in all directions.

if i get neons though i have to decide on a definate colour - its a red sporting - what colour u think?Blue or red?

Red mate. It will extend the car downwards, so it will look lower.......

i got red led's on my cinq, cracked one tube, leccy taped back up and good to go

blue mite b a nice contrast though - i've got blue neons inside already - works well with the red car

ive got leds because there harder to break less power draw and can flash etc which the neons i was looking at cant

Id get red or yellow neons.

Blue imo will be a bit too much of a contrast unless you contrast more interior stuff to match.

get red mate. i seen them on a red 306 yesterday in the dark and with the cars colour t looked sweet.

My blue ones cost me £25 , gonna try and put at least the sides on today.

Have you tryed em out of the box yet

Yeah i got em on, have built in transformers in the tubes so no big box like the ones in halfords i looked at, and they are well bright, I got em on now, but only the small ones on the sides at the mo, as i wanted to hide them right up behind the sideskirts and the longs ones didnt fit in the hole.
So got two spare long ones.
