Dunno if you realised, but the webspace that your lowering guide sits on no longer works.

If this has been posted before, or you already know, apologies. If not, well, i wanted to look and couldnt!

Thanks mate, i reckon that might just come in bloody usefull this weekend!

dont suppose you know how to remove the rears without a trolley jack?

Dale

using a normal jack? :)

i never used a trolley jack... it would just be quicker using one but you dont need one. just get the back up on axel stands...jack up the rear arm you are attending too (only a cm or so) and then undo the bolt at the bottom of the shock. once its undone and out, lower the jack and it will slowly lower the arm.. then u can pull the spring out and put the new one in.. reverse for refitting

lol fair nuff. never used axle stands. dont think i actually have a pair.

i take it you put them where you would a jack, then lower the jack out? as i said i have REALLY never used them, lol

i shall, i wouldnt think about doing springs without right tools, i know how powerfull the buggers are. i know a couple of people who've seen them go through workshop rooves! Thanks for the help :)
