Hey peeps,

Was just this morning, the car would start then as soon as it "feels" like it started the car just dies.

Want to confirm a few things, it seems there is lack of fuel? Does this point to the temp sensor ? The,

  • Air Inlet Temperature (AIT) Sensor
  • Or temp sensor at inletmanifold

When i got to work, i switched it off and start it again, it started no problem at all.

The management light never came on at all, and could anyone see problems with other parts ?

Is a bit wet this morning, may be just dampness?

Thanks
Ming

mine did this when i had the new chip put in. used a tad of throttle to get it going and then left it idling for a while.... is there any way your ecu could ahve been reset? (loose wiring to it?)

Hmm will check that, also to add that as soon as it started when i try to rev it to 4k it kinda struggles to get there.

Don't think there is a loose connection to the battery, as when it becomes loose the clock usually resets as well and it hasn't done that. But will check the actualy conection to the ECU

Thanks
Ming

bee cheecky and swap it over from the other cinq..... just to see how it goes. might be clogged... you ran it really low on fuel lately.
