i have one obv but its stopped working..

ive checked the dial and it seems to be ok and the wiring hasnt been touched. its still plugged in and all wires seem fine.

question.....

are they fused? where do the wires go and what should i check to get it working again... thanks.

This is a Sei? They will be fused somewhere (can't see it having its own fuse, though, so you'd probably be having other electrical failings). Most likely an issue down at the speed sensor connector (down around the gearbox/diff) or wiring.

yeh ive traced it back as far as i could. been at stanford all weekend so will look tomorrow morning. are they picked up at the ecu or are they attached somewhere else?

There is a connection to the power steering, but I think the speedo is seperatefrom the ECU.

turned out to be the cicuit type green flexy stuff had a broken connection. got a spare and it works fine! thanks though.
