Styling seicento - panels next to rear seats

any one know how to take the panels off next to the rear seats safely?

im gonna look at making some mdf cutouts to go in there but i would rather leave it alone than risk breaking the plastic things

mine came off with a small screw driver or anything really just to get behind it and pull them out.

mine was fixed in with with plastic clips similier to wall plugs, comes out easy and goes back on easy.

the little plastic clips come of the trim so thats wot i used to fix my mdf panels to the car

man they are held on well

got passenger side one off but bloody hell kept thinking the plastic cover was gonna snap in halve!
aint done drivers one yet

drivers one seems to be loose at bottom like a clip is missing already!?

Yeah give it a big yank!
You'll see the back of the fuel filler in this bit, you have to be a bit careful where to put your speakers!

doh busted the drivers side one!!!
some clip bits have snapped
should be able to glue them on and you deffo wont be able to tell
but hopefully i will never put them ones back on again

btw what size speakers can i get in there?

6x9's i believe fit, out of interest is the panel completely flat on the mk1?

not that anyone can get in my back seat as i drive with the seat all the way back
that leaves about 6 inches of leg room

i think mines the mark 1 and that had the elbow spaces shaped into the panels

I used screws into the white holders where the original fasteners went into, but saying that i do have a big piece of MDF holding them in thats the base for my sub box.
