as the title says.
Plus here are the instructions verbatim.
1. Remove the original lever plastic section and cut it at a distance of about 110 -115mm from its base.
2. Carefully screw the adaptor onto the plastic lever (about 10 - 15mm). Do not twist thus preventing the lever from breaking.
3. manually screw the gear knob M234x1.5 onto the adaptor.
I think that last bit is to do with thread size, so if wanting to use a gear knob other than OMP you would need to find out if thats the same, because even from within the range of gear knobs that OMP do there are 2, the Star & Sion that don't fit.
