I chucked the mrs the car keys tonight so it would save her digging about in her aladdins cove of a bag for her house keys. She had hands like... Feet! Then... the light of my world, the apple of my eye, the most beautiful woman in my life LAUNCHED them back at me calling me some very unsavory names! Slow motion took hold as i saw them bounce off my beloved cinqs tailgate and hit the concrete-y stuff below with a force only rivaled by lucifer himself my fob exploded into its respective pieces. Front case,back case, battery, crappy square black rubber button and the fragile as porcelain PCB.
Physics regained its usual meters per second per second routine to leave me gathering the pieces together and frantically trying to put them back together like slinky dog from toy story trying to ram the batteries into 'RC's' controller.
Needless to say its now an ornament fit for my cinq 'wall of faliure' in my garage. Ive seen one on ebay that will be paid for using her wage packet as opposed to my seemingly endless (to her at least) wage packet but is it possible to re-programme a 2nd hand fob to my alarm? If so... How?
