+ 1 strut brace
= 1 SQUASHED 'Green' air filter!!!

Wot induction kits has everyone else fitted to theres?
I want to stick with 'Green' really so's ive had some advice and measureing up from D Tweeks and 'Green' and have a Green air filter on order which i am positive when it arrives that it will only just fit and i may end up with the same prob!!

im running a gsr f1i induction kit on my 1242 does the job, except its yellow only down side lol

make your own own get a gsr one like alex said, it routes the filter away from the warm engine so gives better performance

or buy a gsr one....

On the topic of gsr inductions.... whats the difference between the F1i and the F11i ?

F11i is the BMC Carbon Airbox, (cant think of posh word at the mo) and the F1i is the BMC F1 Filter (both with respective piping ofc)

Emm, I've got a custom thing on the silver car. Bit like a GSR kit, but with a Green filter. Consists of an 899 cab top, 2" bore 90' exhaust bend - go for mandrel bent so the diameter isn't reduced on the bend - with a Green filter on the end. Sounds cool.

1242 Seicento with strut brace now fitted. Had to half the TB spacer to get it to fit tho.

Came on the car when i bought it, was built by the previous owner Sc3ww.
I am looking to replace the cone with something better but want to keep the rest. I am thinking a BMC if Rob will sell me just the cone.

You can buy filters on their own from most motorsport places, you just need to give them the approx. dimensions you want.
