Hi I am in the Market for a sports exhaust around 140 is my budget but don't just want a back box. What exhaust would fall in my range and what are they like thanks.

What do you want if not a backbox. A full system? Cat Back?

Janspeed, sportex, custom, even second hand full systems take your pick

you should get something decent with that budget

Sorry I should have made it more clearer. I want a cat back would love a full system but I doubt I would get one for my budget. I have found the sportex cat backs for £139 but can't find anything else. If you know of any others could you link me a d what are sportex like? I would go for the 3" tailpipe. Thanks.

you might be able to get second hand within that price range if you want a full system.

Sportex is not too bad on seis, its terrible on cinqs due to the noise levels it produces, but not as severe on a sei

Be aware that the sportex isnt a stainless system so it will rust over time and wont last as long (potentially) as another marque, however it is a decent price

A new cat back system will cost you for a Janspeed and Supersprint around £300 or a Powerflow/Longlife around the £250 mark.

Rear boxes along will cost £140 ish.

So you can either save some more money or get a rear box with the view to buying the addition section once you have saved some more cash.

I'm looking at the same scenario ATM, I'm thinking Janspeed.

That is a good idea. Will I still have a nice sound from just a back box. I have always had a cat back at least.

Apparently the mid box doesn't do a great deal, so I would imagine yes you would have a nice burble.

Have a look at this youtube video this is just a rear box.

hi, I have got the 3'' sportex exhaust the one your looking at, it has a really nice sound to it, not chav or loud, it sounds really nice though, my mates and others say the exhaust sounds really good, I would recommend it, it makes the back of the sei look better aswell, (y)

hope it helps

Ryan
