Technical Fan aint work

Hello,
I have a cinquecento. When I drive for +/- 5 minutes, the temperature gauge on the deshbord goes on. The fan is working when I include him directly to electricity. But he doesn't work when I drive or when I stop driving. We think there is a interruption somewhere between, but we didn't know what it is. Maybe does anybody have a electricity diagram. Or knows anybody what it can be?

Where N = Nero = Black and HN = Grey/Black (although colours will varyfrom year to year).
