Does anyone know the life of a 1.1 Seis sporting (2000) in miles or kilometers?

Im about to install a brand new clutch kit, the car currently has 123 thousand kilometers, the way i see it my original clutch lastest this. So i´d like to know the above question to have some idea.

How many miles does your Seicento have on the clock?

I´d like to know whose Seicento has the most miles.

94,000 body gave out before the engine

There have been cars on here with well over 100,000 miles. Will depend on lots of factors, including how often you change the oil and filter.

An engine could be beyond economic repair at 40K miles without maintenance, and on the other side could easily get to 200K with regular servicing.

99k on my 1998 Sei Sporting.

I always stick to the following on any car:

1. Genuine oil filter
2. Quality oil and never mix brands
3. Quality anti freeze and never mix brands
4. NGK spark plugs
5. Genuine air filter
6. A minimum 60 mile motorway run every couple of weeks (too much city driving does no good)

my 97/98 cinq has almost hit the big 100 (miles that is)
had a few problems over the years but still going strong
i think i'm lucky in that the body has lasted nicely too (first tiny bit of welding needed only last month)

mine on 96k I think, but its had about 4 new clutches in 4 months and has spent the last 5-6 months in a guarage having its clutch done again. I've kinda given up all hope of driving it again now.

Just picked up a 99 T sei with 121k strong as an ox and drives like new.

It's a "how long is a piece of string" type question !!

If the cars been serviced and done mainly motorway miles it could last 200k+.

If the cars been abused and had lots of stop start town driving it may be worn out in 60-70k.

low miles on a car is not always good, high miles on a car is not always bad

How the cars been used is the most important !!

Above post is true, My car passing 173k never had a masive problem with the engine!

as said, well serviced engine will last a long long time..

My first high boost cinq had covered 97,000 and engine wise was still running strong, one of the most reliable cars i've had. It had 4 owners whilst being turbo'd. Ther body went before the engine.

My stilo is at nearly 140k miles and still pulls like a train and purrs like a kitten.. Also in the past have had an 899cinq with over 100k, a escort diesel with 143k, and lets not forget my first car, a classic beetle with 234k miles (again the engine out lasted the shell)

It also depends on the type of usage the car gets, 100k on a motorway in long runs causes less wear than 100K in town with lots of stop start motoring and lots of cold starts
