are not helping me under the bonnet.

i'm having trouble getting to the driver side sidelight bulb holder thingy. I need to change the bulb, but i can't get the bastid out coz i can't get to it properly.

i've done the other side tho! haha!

Any suggestions or tricks?? AND NO GHOST I'M NOT GETTING MY LIL BRO TO DO IT!!!!

Can you take the headlight unit out easily? Sounds a bit extreme, but may be the answer.

that's probably what i'm gonna have to do not doing it in the dark though! lol

when i had a garage change my sidelight on that side (no, its not cos i couldnt do it, it was having an MOT and the bulb fell out on the way to the station) the mechanic used some pliers that had a bent end on them - dont know if you've got a pair??

Headlight comes out really easy, thats the easiest way to do the bulb anyway!

8mm spanner and there ya go. Just remember to pull the headlamp connector out first!

Be careful when putting the connector back on the headlamp bulb though, push too hard and you can smash the vertical adjuster.

lol> i didn't disconnect it! i jus pulled out the lamp holder, changed the bulb and put it back Cowboy cento fixing! >> except i havn't fixed it coz now i have one sidelight bulb thats brighter than the other

not really. One of mine snapped so i tried to take it apart and it ended up in peices on my bedroom floor in a fit of rage. much easier to get to your local scrappy and shell out a tenner
