ok many of you have seen my picture of my cinq in the MEMBERS MOTORS and seen the spolier on my car.

Im having trouble getting the spoiler to stick and staying on.

Can anyone help me get "ARSE of a spoiler" on??

Whats best stuff to use or anyone used any stuff before.

I wanna know too - got some bits to stick on mine. Heard Tigerseal is supposed to be the stuff - anyone?

yeh ive heard that too but you carnt get it here you have to order it from a place on the net.it cost £6.00 something but because of delivery it just under £20 for a tube of it :/

someone must know surely???

I usually use one of the range of Sika products depending on what tye of material I am sticking to which substrate.

southey; get some self tappers going into the spoiler legs, as your spoiler only has 2 mounting points (correct me if wrong) its going to be a pain to get it to hold without using some self tappers or something

my one is bolted then sealed with tiger seal if u have got a sub in the boot then bolting will be ur best option

TIGER SEAL is the best thing to use the person that has stuck all the bits on me car used tige seal and they aint fallen off yet lol so use TIGER SEAL

yep tiger seal or Sikaflex both diffrent brands of the same stuff. look in yellow pages for motor factors that sell body panels or re finishing products (car paint) they are the sort of places that sell it,

apply with extream caution dont stick your hand to your roof

We've used tiger seal to stick both side skirts and spoiler on mine, they haven't come loose yet

oooo dawn dunno if ur interested, but i can probably get hold of yellow sealant

got some red on the way for me anyway

What to i want with yellow sealant? Its only the inside thats yellow

Anyway ive been to my local MOTORBODY'S place and they have said they can put my spoiler on the car and bolt it on.

there going to do it next saturday. they said its going to cost me £60 to do it?

Whats every1 think of that?

bloody rip off tigerseal will hold it you dont need bolts, i'll get some and post it to you if you like it wont cost much to post it.

i thought that bolting it on would be the best thing to do.

tigerseal comes in one of them mastik type things i am sure the last one i bought was only £7
