i have a seciento sx (S reg) i brought a pair of used sei sporting pedals of ebay and am now wondering if there are holes under the rubber of the acceleraotr pedal already when i take rubber off? or will i need to drill some holes or stick them on!? any help would be appreciated!

I think, from the factory, there were no rubbers on the accelerator pedals of either.....

well i brought it as a citymatic conversion! but there are rubber covers! just wanted to find out before i take them off!!

Pedal plates need to be bolted on, remove the rubber pads and drill to suit.

Careful with the accelerator, a late can foul the arch or floor. (Assuming RHD)
