There are lots. Some are universal "DIY from a box of bits", some are almost ready to fit (like the Ford Focus ones), there are different varieties of the K&N ones.

The only ones you can count on doing anything useful are the GSR ones: most will actually decrease the power of the engine and add to fuel consumption while making more noise.

The replacement (re-oilable) panel ones will improve performance a little, but pay for themselves in the long run.
