Tricky one -- the bit you seem to be missing is the compensator or knuckle joint: it performs a similar function, as you suggest, to a flexi section.
I think the easiest way to do it would be to find a flexi section to match up to the mani, weld that on, and then a straight section back (but the run in between is a bit complex and may require a bend in there. J333EVO has said that the cat from a V6 Rover is about the same size and shape as a Cinq/Sei one and likely to be much less restrictive..........
It's all possible, but an easier job would be to cut the cat and flexi off a SPI car (in your case a Sei would be easier, but it should be possible to use a Cinq Sporting). Get at least one flanged section in there so you can pull it all apart if need be. J33
If you're in the Liverpool area, I'd happily TIG it up for you fo a few kopeks, but would need the whole car for half a day or so. Otherwise, any of the backstreet garagistas in your locale could do it.
But to answer the original question, there's no off the shelf answer I know of.
