Hi there i have a 1.1 spi seicento sporting, after a driving for a while (normal driving not high revving) , then getting caught in traffic ( car revving on idle ) the cooling fan will cut in and keep going on and off untill normal driving 30 - 50 mph is this normal or is something broke .

thats normal because when sitting still theres no air flow through the rad so the fan kicks in to cool it, once you move again air flows through the rad to cool it hence the fan not needing to beon

Has spring appeared in the UK yet? Higher outside temperatures are also a factor
