i've just bought some new rear bump stops to fit onto my r reg cinquecento sporting and was just wondering if anyone knows is there a certain way to fit them?
any help or info would be appreciated before i go to tackle them on monday (y)

Need to remove the springs to get it out.

Put the rear on Axel stand

Undo lower struct bolt (Use the jack, jack up the trail arm to keep tension of the spring)

Then slowly release the jack, and by hand push the trail arm down so the springs pops out.

The bump stop is only held on by 1 bolt, undo that wala :D

Refit spring (makes sure it sits probably, usually can tell looking at the top and bottom of the spring)

Repeat on other side :d

thanx both, sounds reasonably straight forward but it's always good to have an idea of whats ahead (y)
then just the dreaded mot to come after i've fitted them, bought and fitted a new repeater lens and put new number plates on it as the old ones have what looks like dirty water marks in them
