Can someone tell me if I can bleed the fuel tank empty, is there a plug like the oil sump or something ? My girlfriend accidentaly put unleaded gas in it and i don't want to keep the car running like that (it has about 8 liters in itanyway) I have a Sei 899 from 2000.

are you in the UK? If so, then regular is fine for it. I wouldnt worry

no I'm not in the uk, and I know that ir will run just fine with regular gas but i don't want to take the chance.

Should be fine -- anything above 95 octane will run great. In fact, people quite often fill them up with 98 octane here, just to -- they say -- clean it out a bit (it probably does not clean anything, but it does absolutely no harm at all). If you've put lower octane fuel in, just top it up with higher octane stuff it'll all mix together.

The only thing that can cause problems -- if you can still get it in Romania -- is leaded petrol, in which case I'd be inclined to put unleaded in as soon as you can. But leaded will not hurt the engine, although it will eventually shorten the life of the catalytic converter.

As Arc says below, leave it in there. Nothing bad will happen, I promise!

ok, no there isnt a drain. without taking the tank out or syphoning it or taking a fuel line off and forcing the pump to run you aint gonna emtpy it. not worth the hassle

cyphon it out using a pipe then fill it full of the normal gas you usually put in. any left over will then be diluted enough not to make a difference. thats what id possibly do? no expert as you can tell lol

Really, really, isn't worth it. Will do no harm. Also, they're absolute buggers to siphon from.

aww hope someone says that to bf if i put the wrong stuff in the tank... or even just say that to him full stop! lmao

yeh i would leave it. just keep the tank topped up to dilute it over time. as said leaded "slowly" kills the cat AND lambda. but we are talking over a few thousand miles.

I think these 8valves fiat engines will run on nats pi$$.
