You can buy exhausts cheap from ebay or cheap your local auto parts shop, that is a rip off

lol you can get a good quality custom cat-back for that

Shop around for a independant tyre and or exhaust fitter, I just got 2 dunlop tyres for my Punto for £70.00 plus vat. There are deals to be had out there. Quick fit wanted to charge me more than that for a couple of bugets.

Hi Donna, it's an 'X' (2000) - I'm sure that in the past I've seen the full system on the net somewhere for around the £130-mark...

I'm afraid Quick-Fit are a huge rip off 99.9% of the time from what I've read, tyre wise I paid £35 last time I wanted a 13 inch tyre, and been quoted £40 inc fitting and new valves etc for Toyo's on the current car with 14" steel so they've had you there aswell

tyre size is written on the side of the tyre.

Try Cats Direct and Cats 4 Less
I have bought from Cats Direct before and even including shipping to Southern Ireland, they still beat everybody hands down!
Another one I have been told about but never tried is Online Automotive

What is the standard tyre size on the Cinq Sporting from factory?
Mine have 165/55/13's I think? Is that the correct size?

What make of tyre did they put on? 10:1 it's a brand no-ones heard of before

Quick fit are OK for a quick fix, but if you don't want to pay the earth then shop around.

but that price is what i paid for a 304 stainless custom 2" Turbo back for the turbo cinq so i would say that is on the expensive side, but if you have no choice and i have been there with a car with no spare on a bank holiday weekend you end up paying

The last god knows how many sets of tyres i have got have come from Camskill but that is for performace tyres and i haven't found a place cheaper yet

The price may actually reflect where you are, too. Southerners tend to get stiffed.

You'll certainly get it all cheaper elsewhere, but only the price for the CAT seems extreme to me.

You'll save a lot of money Googling and asking around and fitting it yourself. Not fun if it's raining, but such is life.

Or DIY for 120 or so. But that still leaves the CAT............ and -- to be frank -- some of the custom stuff is hurled together by people who don't know one end of a MIG welder from the other.
