It will be Emerald again, no point using anything else, got all the maps from the Sei so makes sense to do that again as got that to start with.

Was looking at Quaife website and they list a diff for the Grande Punto, and as they are so kind as to produce a PDF technical drawing it would be rude to not just drop the diff out and have a look if its compatible as it is a Grande punto gearbox http://www.quaife.co.uk/Fiat-Grande-Punto-Quaife-ATB-Differential

If you look at the pdf tech drawing, it says its for a 1.3 uno or 1.4 gt
but back is just as high...got no engine in has it? be loads higher with no engine
are you planning to have the inlet fully open, cut them walls back and knife-edge the wall in the ports?
I see the water rail off the pump is different too, but assume the hole for the old style rail is still there just not used?
there is a different kind of seal on the GP one, not sure if it matters though.
got a pic of the head insides yet? i never took mine off to see
