my girlfreind got a seicento sporting spi 1.1 on a 98 plate

on idle it is revin at 1100 rpm

also about 2 weeks ago was stallin when coming up to juctions then would start up fine

recently been trough a mot but failed on a vacume pipe but was replaced and passed.

any ideas
