Help?? (again)

Has anyone had to go to Fiat to get a new key for a Seicento with a second gen immobiliser (the blue keys with the 2, triangle and two semi circles on it, no red key required) as I want to be safe rather than sorry and have two keys instead of one?

How much did it hurt in the pocket? And how difficult was it?

 Went to Timpsons and got nerd of the week (no offence to anyone who works there - it was just this guy) telling me about how my key and car works (even tho I kept on saying "I KNOW"), when I just wanted another key (only had one supplied with this car!).....

I got a car with 1 blue key, Seicento 1.1 and it cost £15.00 ish for the actual key and they charged £25.00 for the installation thingy.

so not too bad, i was first quoted £150.00 from Fiat.

Where did you get yours done?

I've just been quoted £76+ from my local Fiat Dealer.... forty odd to order a key and thirty odd for coding the key.....

I asked this my local dealer today and he said its £35. My seicento is a 2000 and didn't have a red key its the blue one with the key code built in.
