Posts: 3 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 | ![]() Okeydokey... Im a dub guy through and through, and not shy of pulling cars apart. My girl had a little prang yesterday on the motorway, van stopped in front of her and she ran into its tow bar. Anyway, the damage appears to be front bumper, front panel, grille, bumper, and nearside headlamp. Now, what i want to know, is the front panel WELDED on? I can see that its fairly gobbed up with seam sealant along the top edge where it meets the wing but it certainly LOOKS like it bolts up. If thats the case, then iv got a fairly easy fix on my hands. Just wondered if you could give me some advice with whats likely going to be involved. I dont think, incidentally, theres any major structural damage, its just replacing the bent stuff. Thanks for all the help ![]()

Shunted Up Front The front cross piece, slam panel, bumper mount, whatever you want to call it is welded on. The wings and bumper bolt on. If the slam panel is bent, find a tree, tie it to the tree and reverse. Cheers Gormless Cretin
