Its that time of the month again, Pay Day and this months mod is to replace my bucket seats wit some brand spanking new ones.

The problem i have is the ones i have alrdy are yellow with a black padded center and bottom. I would like a similar effect but i cant decided between the two below.



The Sprint



The Carrera

Basically the sprint I can get all black with a replacement center and bottom cushion in yellow but the seat is side mounting.

The carrera on the otherhand is base mounted which i would prefer and looks better in looks and comfort, yet i cant get it in yellow so the only colour i can get is the black.

Does anyone know if they make the seats to order and if i pay extra i could pay for the vinal patches to be yellow on the carrera to suit my car.

Wat do you guys think???? Looks or comfort?
Any help appriciated.

go for the carreras if you use the others then no one will be able to get into the back easily!

iv finally got a bumper and its red. woohoo. engine is back in and now needs head gasket doing. boohoo.

That dont concern me, the ones i have now u cant get in the back anyway and cause i have a 4 point harness which connects to the back seat belt brackets the seat belts take over the back. They are just for show now or to put my rubbish on lol

the carreas have no side support, me an my mates have been testing out the seats

i would go for the targa's they look better and are cheaper, im going for the targa once i can afford them

Yeah they was another option, they are cheaper but didnt like the top head rest bit, bends forward doesnt it. They were my 3rd option, nice and beefy and look comfy

yeah it does, its also got different style holes where the harnesses pop through

i actually have the carrera's in my cinq... quite possible the best and most comfy seats i have ever sat in....

if u dont like the upright of normal bucket seats def go for recliners, the thing is when my seats at upright my hair touches the roof an i am only 5'7.

i got pics galore, and even fitting pics for the carrera's cause neither them or the subframes came with any instructions!!!

P.S if u want the carrera in yellow go to www.carrera-seats.co.uk i am 99% sure they do them in yellow an at a really good price as well.

they do some real nice fixed back ones as well, was gonna buy some but went for the carrera's so i could use the back, trust me, they are awesome seats, the quality is out of this world.

plus when i bought mine i got 4 square meters of matchin material free!

they were new out last month i think.

a lot like the carrera but the top half is black, the bottom half is coloured. were in the fast car guide a little while ago, look well fat, but i already had mine!

Hmmm just had alook they dont look to bad, they dont say anything bout colours on the site so i mite ring up tomoz and have a word. Cobra on the other hand, have a signiture service where wen u choice the seat u can choose any colour scheme you want for free, sounds intresting. This is the problem wit having a yellow car, theres not many around. But the ones that are, are sweet

i thought u had to pay for the signature service... i actually have a cobra catalogue somewhere. was gonna go for some of them but then saw the carrera's really suit the car i think, an bein bright red go with my steering wheel an newly colour coded dash....

Dammit y dont they put prices on there sites lol, oh well you mybe right, was thinking y would they do it for free. and yeah those seats really do suit you car, i seen the pics wit them in. Thats y i want the yellow seats to, to go wit my dash, wheel and door handles

an thinkin about it now OMP and MOMO are the only companies that i have seen yellow seats by!

Just got back from a motoshop that sells cobra's i asked bout the colour schemes he said it doesnt matter, just ask wat seat you want in wat colours for the price shown £120 for the monoco's which looke the similar to the sprints but extra cusions can be added for a price. Result think ill order some of them
