I fitted my 32mm TB today. Whilst doing it I discovered what appears to be a bit of a bodge and explains why my heater isn't working.

Basically the pipes that connect to the heater matrix have been bi-passed..... (see pics below)

so this leads to the question why?? My guess is heater matrix is leaking?? Have you Guys got any idea's?

Which way does the Heater matrix flow? I'm guessing top pipe in bottom pipe out?

Bottom pipe straight down, top pipe over gearbox to front of engine.

yeah thats a common bodge for a leaking matrix

Gunna whip the matrix out this avo and have a look what the score is. They suppose will have to find a decent replacement...
