Hi all,
Can you please tell me how i can take the slack out of my throttle pedal?.
As the pedal sits low and i seems to run out of horses when going up hills on the motorway.
When i lift up the pedal to its stop i have about 10mm cable i can pull through the little bar stop "thingy".
thanks.

Adjustment is at the TB end. Undo the 13mm spanner size nuts, and bring the outer cable towards the front of the car. Pop the air filter off so that you can see the spindle and make sure that with the pedal on the floor you are not straining the cable. You really don't need the spindle fully through 90 degrees to get full throttle.

Cheers

Okey dokey,
Actually when i had a look and realised it was adjustable at the TB with the nuts, i felt a bit silly so soz for lazy post.
I undid the nuts and just took up the slack but didnt know about the possibility of over tension so getting the mrs to floor the pedal and i will take a look.
PS. when i did adjust it earlier and road tested it it was like a different car, the revs just spun round
