HELLLLP!!! I'm currently taking the 32mm TB off the Punto. I've read the guide in the cinquecento guides section and it says if you split the TB you won't have to remove the coolant/fuel pipes. However there still appears to be pipes both coolant and fuel attached to the bottom of the TB!! ARGGGGH! Help!! Are these gunna spew fuel and coolant?? Is this different to the Cinq??

Now we shall begin.

You have a coolant pipe, but its high up so it won't so much 'gush' as dribble, providing you remove the expansion bottle cap first after the car has cooled down.

All the other pipes will not 'gush' either.

Rallycinq I think you are my technical saviour!! So these funny things instead of jubilees?? Can i re-use them or is it best to swap to jubilee's?

Yep. Even a pain to get off!

getting off is ok, i'll got my own wee method, put the screw driver through the 2 hole, then just turn the screw driver, pops it goes

Putting it on is a different case .. tried it once got pissed off, then a trip down to halfords with rage

All the fuel lines are held onto the tank in a VW polo with the same blasted things!! they're a nightmare! !st time I did one I re-used them and it took hours then from then on I just used jubilee's haha. Off Down to Local motorfactors to get them tomorrow afternoon!!
