yeah something like that, those kind of poppers are really weak tho, you'd be better with a more powerful one as it has to have the same streanth as it takes to fully open the door.

You can hook it up to your alarm fob, so you use the functions button to activate the popper. You have to wire it up in such away that the door wont pop unless the alarm is de-armed

Another way is to wire up a button (more reliable) that pops the door, but again ensuring that the button only has a live feed when the alarm is de-armed. A common feature of a button entry system is also to arm the botton, so if its pressed when the car is armed, it sets off the alarm

hope that makes sense.

P.s - once you de-handle your car is never locked, you lose the pins and central locking, so you don't hook it up to the central locking.

Yes thanks, also if I'm going to use these with the alarm I want, the alarm needs to have different channels or something, so I have attached the user manual to see if any of you can work out if it has.

Cheers

thats a popper, mine can pull 11lb of pulling power and are very feirce

2 ways of doing it....

either remote pop doors

or

buttons to pop doors

or like me both

you dont even need central locking if doing door pops

get the kit u need and i can do it for a price

thats installing the door pops + wiring in Alarm weather it be cat 1 or remote engine start

can even weld doors up and fill them, but for paiting youll have to see someone else

The stuff I attached wasn't meant to be a door popper, it was the alarm I was getting, and wanted to knoe if anyone could work out if it had different channels or something so I can link the door poppers up to it.

Cheers

Ok, probs wont bother with the door pop kit then, probs just upgrade to central locking.

Cheers
