hi, ive recently brought my first car, a 98 seicento SX, its a super car ( in my opinion!) however when i stich the window wipers on there is no difference between the fast and slow speeds, and the intermittent speeds do not work, it just wipes for as long as i hold down the lever. Also they do not return they jus stop wherever you turn them off. Any suggestions?
