General which way are in/out oil fittings on the garrett T15 turbo?

hi people.
im near to fitting this turbo to my manifold
but if spun it all round so much i cant work out with is the oil in side. and which is the oil drain side.

one side has a threaded fitting for a plumbing style pipe

the other has a flat area with 2 bolt holes for a gasket and ovel plate to the bolted on.

which is in? which is out/drain?

The threaded one is the "in" side (must be on top) and t'other the drain.

needs to drain off at about 10deg off vertical as well.
