passenger side dash

i have a sei 98 and need 2 get the bottom part of the dash off on the passenger side it looks like a separate part and i ahve takken ou tht ebolts i can see but it wont come loose? are these the only ones holding it ? if not how do i get it off?

it wont come out they are plastic welded together. you need to remove the whole dash, i found this out when i customised mine.
