Must admit I'm still only guessing that the material you mean is the pads or discs?
Pads. I think Mintex have stopped using that compound now.

Its pretty much all academic for me atm anyway, I don't need to upgrade the brakes massively until I start to increase the power....so for the moment I'm putting on Matched Mintex Pads and Discs.
Yup they have. It contains all sorts of nasty stuff thats not allowed to be used anymore. I have also used the newer green Mintex pads, can't remember the compound number, they were good too.
I don't have a servo either.

As i've said before and most UT owners will agree...
UT brakes are sh!te
P.S: They may have been poo on a UT? BUT on my Sei with good materials (Black Diamond seem decent), hoses & a standard master cylinder I think they are spot on compared to how controllable my standard Sei ones ever were!!!

Uno Turbo seems to be a decent Upgrade for me then. I'm determined to stick with 13" wheels. Just look better IMO. So re-built Uno Turbo Calipers decent discs and pads and standard Cinq Master Cylinder with Braided Pipes and Dot 5.1 Fluid?
Not averyone agrees on the use of 5.1, look it up - 4.1 does a great job when well bled
