Im going MAD

Ive spent today fixing both my ELeckie windows on my Sei.

BOTH had come out the rubber/steel runner rail . Sorry guys, But what a S*** design> what were Fiat thinking??. I got them working after some work. i tried to clamp up the rubber steel runner with grips / g clamp to ensure all was tight and working well, lubricated the rubber and runners, and all was perfect.

5 miles of road vibration and both have fallen out again. Im no having it. Im P***** off.

Has anyone drilled the glass / Clamped up the metal channel to grip the glass ? anyone drilled the glass. i see on a previous forum someone recommended some "silicon and leave the window up for a few days" - What silicon has the strenght ?

Help. Im overheating. ME , Not the car.
