just bought a tailpipe as mines got a few rust spots. dont know how to get the old one off? is it soldered on?

take it you mean just the tip kinda hting as opposed to backbox?

i think its a case of hacksawing the current one off, as if its the standard one its probably welded on

i took the whole zorst off and smacked it with a chissle till it came off... although a hacksaw would work too

oh.. by the way, if its just some rust then get some wire wool (b&q) and give it a good rubbing and it will come up new

i think il give it a whack and use some brut force, i think its the factory fitted one its an oval shape ontop of an ordinary tail pipe
