Some guy has just kicked ma quater panel (bastards!!!)~~ And is in dented.

Could i take the side trim and pop it back out ????????? (I know it won't be perfect, but the car was in such GOOD conditions before, i want to try and get to as close as that as possible!!!!)

Does depend where it is. But failing that a suction puller will probably do it from the outside.

right under the windown, on the edge of the quater panel towards the door

Yeah, I think so. If you only use your hands you're unlikely to put enough pressure on the panel to stretch it. Strangely -- or maybe not -- these dents sometimes pop out by themselves if you drive along a bumpy road!

Seen some interesting results on big dents with a compressed air duster held upside down, so cool, and contract the dent. There is a thread in the bodyshop section.

where can i get carbon dioxide ?? Should i just get a fire extinguisher??

go to a pc store or somewhere like www.maplin.co.uk (they have loads of shops, check website)

get a comressed can of air, that is what to use. Make sure to hold it upside down. Will cost a few ££.

Cheapest source of carbon dioxide may be your local friendly publican! (But you'll need to borrow a regulator, as well). Otherwise, there's freon, as used in those kits you get to freeze a pipe you can't drain (hardware stores). I'd not have thought that compressed air was cold enough.

Anyway, don't bash the dent out, push it out.

Freon = pipe freezing kit = large hardware store (B & Q, etc)
Carbon dioxide -- publican, Maplins (dry ice)
Compressed air -- computer store

Try pushing it out first. Do not under any circumstances hit anything. It may be easier to heat the area first to soften the paint. Not melt the paint, just warm it as I know its fchilly here just now.

Method:-

Remove interior trim panel
Heat the paint on the outside of the car. Do not use a hot air gun, use simething called a 'hairdryer' don't know what it is, but my daughter has one. (Chamois does me)
Gently push from the inside with a folded towel in your sweaty mit.
