to be fair, i don't see the problem with having a temp no. plate fixture lined up. for shows you could then take it off

Anyway, £30 is nothing, that's the problem, it's like with insurance, the fine for not having it is less than the insurance cost and the courts will set up a nice and fair long term payment structure......

the other interestin thing is in order to pass the MOT they have to b able to b lit up when it is dark.... i got done for that one!

i had mine in the back window for a while, whilst i didnt have a rear bumper on.

i got a telling off cause
1. it didnt have a number plate light
2. they dont like them in the window cause i dont think speed cameras can pick them out cause off the glare on the windscreen

stick within the law and they cant do anything too u, if u keep getting pulled complain bout being harassed.

do those sprays and that film stuff work? u kno the stuff that is suppost to flash back at cameras or wateva, makin plates look all white?

they claim they do but many say they dont, i wouldnt like to test it too find out.

hair spray has been mentioned before, so try that and tell me if it works

with the amount off money and research that has gone into these cameras, i doubt a £20 can off spray will fool it

No. My brother's a copper, and says it's one of the worst things sold, because people buy it thinking they can speed with impunity, and then drive more quickly than normal. Not only that, but the poor blokes who've shelled out the money get done as well.

Apparently, even if it does flash back at the camera, they can still tell from number from the negs.....

So save your money and keep an eye out.

i am sooo gonna invest in one of those snooper things. up where i live there are some truly awesome B roads. but they now have cameras on them.... in amongst the trees! it takes the píss it really does, they are so there to make money not actually catch anyone, dont think there has ever been a crash on some of these roads! total b****x

Doesnt the law state that there has to have been so many accidents on a certain spot before they can install a "safety camera" ??
