Right, just ripped the sump off my 1242cc engine to check on compression and that guff. all is schveet, except for a rather good dent in the sump.
The dent in question is in the deepest part of the sump, and its about 2" tall at its maximum point.
Think this'll impact on performance, cos by the looks of it, this area is only used to store the oil anyway?
