hello again could anyone tell me the part number for a genuine fiat handbrake cable for my 1996 cinqy soleil. i orderd one from the garage nere me and it was totaly wrong even tho they took my reg and all that.the one i need has a threaded adjuster nere the middle. the one the fella got me had no adjuster at all

thanx for the help i just settled for a patern cable from the local car shop so i could get it changed this weekend. the new cable made no diference what so ever i think also that the patern cable are just slightly longer than genuine ones any way thanx again for the help

i just read that info. I thaught there was a glimmer of hope for my handbrake lol but my car is a 899cc with a 899cc cable fully adjusted and still crap but aslong as it goes thru its test on monday ill be happy. it better the time money sweat and the odd drop of blood that has gone into it getting it ready. such a snall car so verry demanding but thats part of the fun

well i just thaught id say the cinqy past its mot with flying colours.thanx to all the advice from the forum. The tester was amaized with the little beast especialy at how well its brakes were. the rears were over 100 on the tester what ever that means. thanx again to every one 4 the help
