hi

I was just wondering has anyone had any problems with the engine mounts that are on a cinq sporting? If so was it easy to fix? Does anyone know the signs of these going?

the engine mounts on my cinq sx are going soft. when you change gears you can either hear a small thud or feel a small bit of a jerk. i was told that its a big job to fix but i was also told that its fine running it while its like this! unless your engine is hangin out i would say it is alright just keep an eye on it!

Rear mounts fail, quite a common thing. Sounds like the gearbox is dead, and the zorst may hit the anti-roll bar. 'Bout £12 for the parts.

If you can shake the engine by hand, it's generally a bad sign.
