my cinquecento will try 2 start but wont i dont know whats wrong with it all the spark plugs are fine and theres fuel in it, please ccan you help me

dry
fuel pump priming when u turn the ignition on. check fuel cut off (middle of dashboard, behind).
Confirm you are getting a spark, if yes then its fuel related, as Arc says, check the fuel system.

have u checked for a spark? if u are getting no spark and no fuel suspect TDC sensor.
fuel cutout is behind the dash, in the middle. attached to the back of the bulkhead.

i forget sometime that the internet looses stuff when u type. when i said "have you checked for a spark" it was said in a slightly condescending tone, the kinda voice you'd use when asking someone if they'd followd previous advice..
That statement is as convincing as the mobile speed camera's photo.
