i usually use my 1/4" drive ratchet with the insert of my axle stand for leverage but no way would mine have shifted.it really looked like the air ratchet wouldnt shift it either and thats with impact drive as well,phew.new one is well coppaslipped

watch out, as mine groaned and moaned for ages and then got worse,much worse in one day,which is why i decided to get up early on a sunday to do it.the bearing had been rolling around the back seat for weeks.be cheeky and try your local tyre place to loosen it for free especially if you buy tyres there
